Reopening of the ancient Church of Saint Maria of the Storm

The seventh and last event promoted from the Cultural Association Bichi Reina Leopardi Dttajuti for year 2002, was carried out in Tolentino City.
The occasion was given from the reopening of the ancient Church of Saint Maria of the Storm, than subsequently Diocese Bishop wanted to elevate to the dignity of Mariano Sanctuary.
For the historical opening to the public of the cult place, were invites numerous personalities between which honoured with his extraordinary presence Most Excellent Dean of the Diplomatic Corps credited to the Holy See, S.E. Teacher Giovanni Galassi, Ambassador of Saint Marino Republic, who wanted in that occasion to deliver to President of the Cultural Association "Bichi Reina Leopardi Dittajuti" a special commemorative plate from all Diplomatic Corps credited to the Holy See.

to the Holy See and Dean of  Diplomatic Corps,
to the Association dedicated to the Contessa Bichi Reina Leopardi Dittajuti, than with creativity and enthusiasm itries to value the
peculiarity of Marches Region with artistic manifestations and
international cultural exchanges.

The tolentinate event had also the meaningful Sponsorship of Papal Culture Council, presided from His Reverend Eminence Cardinal Paul Poupard, beyond to the presence of Conte Francesco Leopardi Dittajuti, Bichi's son, that he has traced an affected and how much wonderful memory of the own Mother, from which takes the name the Association.
To the term of the ceremony of bestowal of the plate, the concert was carried out from the title "Rorando Coeli" dedicated to the Advent Time, participated the Soprano Anna Maria Mazza Paoloni, the Mezzosoprano Alessia Albani, accompanied to the organ from Master Lorenzo Gamboni, guides for the first time in the unusual garment of Director from Master Andrea Monaldo Carradori, Supervising of the same Association Leopardi Dittajuti.
They took to part to the concert also other Soprani and Contralti that of continuation we bring back theirs name.
